with our Royal Bank of Scotland Premier Black app

1. Log-in to the Royal Bank Premier Black app
2. Navigate to ‘Concierge’ tab 
3. Choose which contact method you prefer:
   
   By phone
   By minicom
   By email
   
   Lines are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
   
   Please have your Black account number to hand.

1. Log-in to the Royal Bank Premier Black app
2. Navigate to 'Cinema' tab
3. Select UK cinema, location, date and time of the film you want to see
4. Add the number of cinema discount codes you need
5. Continue to 'Payment details' and complete purchase
6. Your cinema discount code(s) will be stored in the app for you to redeem

How to redeem online:

1. Visit your chosen cinema online
2. Select the location, date and time of the film you want to see
3. Enter your cinema codes in the promotional box at the checkout stage - multiple codes need to be entered individually
4. Complete checkout and purchase tickets.
5. Enjoy the film

How to redeem in person:

1. Log-in to the Royal Bank Premier Black app
2. Navigate to 'Cinema' tab
3. Select relevant cinema discount code(s), pass to cashier at your local cinema (1 code = 1 standard cinema ticket)
4. Enjoy the film!
